Alongside the Nordic Payment Schemes that NPC manages, other schemes managed by other bodies can be used for the Nordic region. The purpose is to harmonise payments in the Nordics and towards the euro-zone.
Currently, the NPC has the ambition that the EPC SEPA Request-to-Pay Scheme Rulebook will be used for the Nordic region.
