The Nordic Payments Council makes a call for change request as a start of the next change management cycle for our payment schemes NPC Credit Transfer Rulebook and NPC Credit Transfer Inst Rulebooks.
All interested stakeholders are invited to submit their change requests. All submissions will be considered for inclusion in the 2027 Change Management Cycle.
The call for change requests opens on August 15 and closes on December 15, 2025.
