Now, the Nordic Payments Council have published the first versions of the NPC Instant Credit Transfer Scheme Rulebook as a result of the public consultation that started in June 2019. All members of the national clearing system, end-users of payment services, authorities and other stakeholders were invited to submit rulebook change requests by the beginning of September 2019.
Almost 60 comments had been received from various stakeholders and the NPC wishes to thank all that contributed with comments on the proposed rulebook during the public consultation.
All of the comments received have been analysed by the NPC Instant Credit Transfer Working Group (“NCT Inst WG”) and decided by the Scheme Management Committee (“SMC”).
