NPC publishes XSDs related to the NPC Credit Transfer Scheme and the NPC Instant Credit Transfer Scheme

As of today, NPC has published XML Schema Definitions (XSDs) related to the NPC Credit Transfer Scheme and the NPC Instant Credit Transfer Scheme. Please note that the XSD files can be opened via a text editor (e.g. Microsoft Notepad) or XML Schema editor.
