On 26 June 2026, Clearing Services P/S declared its intention to comply with the NPC Credit Transfer (NCT) Scheme Rulebook in connection with the planned go-live of its new clearing system, Step2 DKK, on 15 November 2026.
This supports NCT (DKK) participants in maintaining end-to-end scheme compliance when transitioning to the new batch clearing infrastructure.
The declaration is particularly relevant for PSPs preparing to connect to Step2 DKK. Under the Rulebook, PSPs must not only ensure their own compliance but also use a clearing and settlement mechanism (CSM) that complies with the NCT Scheme at all times.
The intention by Clearing Services P/S to become an NCT-compliant CSM therefore enables PSPs to maintain full compliance when onboarding to Step2 DKK.
